YUKON electric salt spreader

YUKON is an electric salt spreader for small-sized vehicles with GVWR > 7.5 t made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel and equipped with an auger-driven conveyor system. It has two independent electric motors with reduction gearbox, one to operate the auger and the other to operate the spinner disc, powered by connection to the vehicle battery (12 V/24 V). An electric vibrator mounted on the side of the hopper facilitates the removal of salt from the walls.

The electric salt spreader for small-sized vehicles is available in versions 2000 MC, 3000MC, 4000MC, 5000MC.

The basic version of the YUKON electric salt spreader is fully equipped, including:

• “Keep left” sign (50 cm x 50 cm)

• Salt spreader control via mobile app, by downloading the app it is possible to access all commands to control the salt spreader and all alarms.
• Spreading asymmetry by means of an electric actuator to change the spreading pattern from the push-button panel  
• Tarpaulin in PVC for YUKON 2000/3000/4000/5000 to cover the salt spreader hopper
• Manual parking feet to mount/remove the salt spreader from the truck loading bed, suitable for trucks with fixed bed.
• Automatic parking feet to mount/remove the salt spreader from the truck loading bed, suitable for trucks with tipper bed.
• Salt sensor with alarm on push-button panel to inform operator of salt shortage in hopper or a malfunction  
• Folding inspection ladder to access the salt spreader hopper  
• Pair of high-visibility flash lights at rear with flashing 
• Rear bar with supplementary lights to replace the truck lights in the event they are covered by the salt spreader 
• 600-litre humidification kit on sides of salt spreader hopper, with pump and independent system
• 1200-litre humidification kit on sides of salt spreader hopper, with pump and independent system 
• 2000-litre humidification kit on sides of salt spreader hopper, with pump and independent system
