Snowplow designed to fit agricultural tractors with front 3-point hitch system and with a horsepower category range of >80 hp. 

Plow completely made of high-strength steel and equipped with a customized hitch system to the operating machine (the same hitch system as for the original bucket). 

The front blade is made of N. 2 independent sectors with cutting edges in wear resistant steel or, on request in Neoprene. 

The CS68 6S snowplow for agricultural tractors is equipped with an elastomer shock-absorbing system, tie effect of the elastomers, obstacle overcoming system with complete forward overturning of every single blade sector and immediate return to the vertical working position once the obstacle is overcome. 

Retaining mechanical system (retaining mechanical hooks) to maintain the blade in vertical position during normal snow clearing operations. Central mechanical system that enables a transverse pitch angle of + 5°. 

Painted with special anti-rust treatment and final paint RAL 2011 (orange). Overpressure valve in case of side impact, R2 pipes with fittings and unified quick couplings.

Hydraulically driven, through hydraulic cylinders for the left/right tilt movements.

Power supply

Customized hydraulic system already installed on the vehicle (a double-acting distributor required).

Handling settings

Handling commands: commands (levers or joystick) already installed on the vehicle. Control of the plow by means of the electric push-button panel, with cable of appropriate length, and of the electro-hydraulic unit equipped with a pressure switch with floating function.

Accessories standard version 

Warning poles, parking legs, overpressure valve on the right/left tilt circuit and steel wear resistant cutting edge.

Optional features

Neoprene cutting edge, Led side-marker lights, pair of pivoting slides adjustable in height, pair of pivoting wheels adjustable in height, curved stainless steel lift/extension bolted on the upper side of the plow, possible processing techniques on the vehicle.

Operational features of the CS68 6S snowplow for agricultural tractors

Snowplow particularly suited for plowing operations in urban road networks, in presence of obstacles and road infrastructures. Possibility to replace the front shock absorbing system with the N. 4 sockets provided with the equipment.  If the system is locked off the snowplow can be used as levelling bulldozer.
