MICROTECH SNOWPLOW - Snowplow for Pick-Up

Snowplow  designed to fit pick-ups and category N1 trucks with a GVW range ≤ 30 quintals.

The Microtech plow for pick-ups is equipped with a special support structure, hitched to the vehicle without the use of the traditional DIN plate, complying with the standards CE 91/114 and 78/2009 (outer tailings and pedestrian protection using a shock absorbing system).  The front blade is made of N. 1 independent sector equipped with and elastomer shock-absorbing system, tie effect of the elastomers, obstacle overcoming system with complete forward overturning of every single blade sector and immediate return to the vertical working position once the obstacle is overcome. Blade made of iron or AISI 304 stainless steel. Cutting edge in wear resistant steel or, on request, in Neoprene. 

Painted with special anti-rust treatment and final paint RAL 2011 (orange). R2 pipes with fittings and unified quick couplings.

Mode of operation of the snowplow for pick-up

Hydraulically driven, through hydraulic cylinders for the left/right oscillation movements and for the lifting/lowering movements. 

Power supply

12V electro-hydraulic power unit installed, on request (optional), on the snowplow. As an alternative option, a special hydraulic system installed on the vehicle. 

Handling settings 

Radio controls (built-in part of the electro-hydraulic control unit). As an alternative option, push-button panel, with cable of appropriate length matched with the hydraulic system installed on the vehicle.

Quick attach mount DIN plate to be installed on the vehicle, blade made of iron, steel wear resistant cutting edge, warning poles, pair of additional lights with the possibility to change to position lights, high beams, low beam headlight. 

Optional features

Led side-marker lights, blade made of AISI 304 stainless steel, 12V radio controlled central unit,  slides adjustable in height, pair of additional lights with support on the DIN plate, Neoprene cutting edge, bipolar electric cable with protection fuse to connect the control unit to the battery of the vehicle, kit attachment structure for pick-ups and small trucks 4X4, possible processing techniques on the vehicle.
